I have no art experience, would these workshops be suitable for me?

Definitely yes!  Each workshop is planned so that it will be suitable for everyone taking part. Some of the workshops are specifically for beginners and people that lack confidence with their drawing.

What should I bring with me?

A sketchbook if you have one. Kits can be provided on loan but materials lists are suggested in the description for each event. You’ll also need some loose change for refreshments/lunch. Bring a hat/suncream and a spare bottle of water for drinking in the warmer months.

What should I wear?

For outdoor events we may do a bit of walking so wear comfortable shoes and appropriate weather gear.  A  reasonable level of fitness is also a good idea.

Are these classes suitable for children?

Not really. Unless it’s otherwise indicated in the description, our workshops are planned for adults.  Teenagers can participate if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What happens if I can’t attend?

If you unable to attend a workshop for any reason, an alternative date may be offered but cannot be guaranteed.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or French cheque.  Full payment for all courses must be made at least 3 working days before the course takes place.

Can I bring my dog?

We love dogs but we don’t recommend bringing dogs to our classes – they can be a distraction to other students and some of our sketching workshops occasionally take place in locations where dogs are not permitted.
